SCOOT: Prosodics

Prosodics

Prosodics is the study of rhythm, stress and intonation in spoken language: the 'music' of speech.

Professors  Nigel G. Ward and Gina-Anne Levow of ISCAs Special Interest Group on Speech Prosodics have produced a comprehensive tutorial, with 400 slides and 29 YouTube videos. This is a university-level introduction to Prosody, covering both fundamentals and applications.
