The aim of ISCA's Speech Synthesis Special Interest Group (SynSIG) is to promote the study of Speech Synthesis in general. Its international and multi-disciplinary nature provides a means for sharing information both to and from different research communities involved in the synthesis of various languages.
There is a new Google Group (since 2024) for discussion and announcements about speech synthesis:
People interested in speech synthesis and ISCA SynSIG activities can join this group. You can to log in with a Google account, then request to join. If you do not have a Google account, you may want to create one. If it is not possible to create a Google account, you can subscribe to the list by sending an email to isca-synsig+subscribe@googlegroups.com.
Please note that there is already a Google group named synsig, which is why we created isca-synsig instead.
SynSIG has a LinkedIn page now.
